Researching

i have began my research and have looked into the different styles and the games where the quotes originate from. so far ive considered using banksy's stencil art style and/or his juxtaposed play on paintings made by other artists. im torn only by the interest in working in the stylised comic book form that is of steve ditko, as i find the style very action capturing. as far as the quote of choice has gone, i am driven more to using the quote found in the curse of monkey island:

Soon, I'll use this voodoo cannonball to send my significant other to the significant OTHERWORLD! Bwa, ha, ha. That'll show her how much I truly care.

as of now i have not played this game, and may not consider playing it just to keep an unbiased opinion on whats my interpretation of the quote, although the quote itself is very strange.

i need to decide what design route i want to go with this, as i am unsure whether it would be a better collaboration to use bansky, or steve ditko.
